Here's how it works:You pay the $12.50 diagnostic fee. Ship Product to Game Warehouse. One of our tech guys will diagnose the product and call you back within 48 hours of receiving shipment. If you agree with the estimate, and want your product fixed, we take the diagnostic fee off the final bill. If you choose not to have us fix it, we keep diagnostic fee for looking at it, and ship your product back to you. Another option is to sell product to us, and receive check for agreed upon price within 14 days. By paying Diagnostic fee, Customer agrees to following:Customer acknowledges that if product is not paid for in 30 days after repair is finished then the merchandise becomes property of Game Warehouse. At which time Game Warehouse may sell merchandise to recoup losses they sustained.Customer acknowledges that some repairs for faulty X-box 360 consoles is not a permanant fix. Some examples are but not limited to are RROD, E74 and some other hardware failures. Game Warehouse will honor a 30 day warranty to repair the systems if needed but will not under any circumstances refund or issue store credit for the repair.Customer acknowledges that any console or system opened by Game Warehouse with a manufacture warranty label intact voids that warranty from the manufacture in any and all ways.Customer acknowledges that Game Warehouse only warranties and guarantees the labor and parts used for initial repair.
