Warranty
Game Warehouse shall offer a 30 day warranty on all parts and labor from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes any system where the game eye is exposed. For exposed eye systems, Game Warehouse offers a 7 day guarantee on that part. All other repairs done to all systems comes with the 30 day guarantee. Customer must have original receipt showing date of purchase to have warranty effective. Any and all warranty is void if warranty sticker on game system is tampered with in any way.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective (a) due to normal wear and tear: (b) as a result of use of the product other than for its normal intended use, or other misuse, abuse or negligence to the product: (c ) improper temperature or humidity: (d) water damage.
